Profile's Heavy Duty Rotary Spiral Separator is a machine that provides you with flexibility and fine-tuning shot separation. It allows you to adjust the variable separation speed to your shot size. For manufacturers or users of fine shot peening materials and metal powders ranging from 40 micron to 250 micron you can manage all your separation with just one machine. The Rotary gives you process repeatability and uniformity for precise media classification that exceeds industry requirements of SAE AMS 2430 standard. The rotary spiral separator is manufactured with welded galvanized steel to withstand heat and vibration giving it long-lasting durability. The rotary spiral separator saves you money by effectively separating rounds from non-rounds and eliminating contaminants for recycled, reusable materials that saves you thousands.
